Shah Rukh Khan is none other than the great Indian Bollywood Film actor who is well known for his talented acting and good looking personality.He is often called the true king of Hindi films. His date of birth is November 2, 1965. He is also a producer and television presenter. Shah Rukh Khan's parents were from Pathan origin.His father 's name was Taj Mohammed Khan and his mother's name was Lateef Fatima. So Shah Rukh is a Pathan who was born and raised in New Delhi. Before the partition of India his family used to live in Peshawar, Pakistan.
He was a student of St. Columba's School in New Delhi. Later he took his Honours degree in Economics from the Hansraj College, New Delhi. After that he went to Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi to achieve a Masters Degree in Mass Communications. His wife's name is Gauri Khan and he has two children. His son's name is Aryan and his daughter's name is Suhana. He came to Mumbai to start his career as an actor after the death of his parents. He started his acting career in 1988 by playing the role of Commando in the television serial called "Fauji". This pathan really did a great job in the serial and soon this serial made him famous and gave chance to act in Films. He also played a minor role in another television serial named "Circus" in the year 1989. Shah Rukh Khan's first film was "Deewana" which was released in the year 1992. The film became hit and launched his career in Bollywood.
Shah Rukh played the role as anti-hero in the film "Baazigar".He also played the role of obsessive-lover in the film "Darr" in the year 1993 .For both of these films he got critical acclaim. His most popular film was "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge" which ran for 12 years continously in Mumbai theatres and earned near about 12 billion rupees. This is infact the most successful film in the indian film industry. After the success of "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge" Shah Rukh joined hands with great indian film directors like Yash Chopra and Karan Johar and starred in several of their successful films like Dil to Pagal Hai (1997), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Mohabbatein (2000), Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001), Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003) and Veer-Zaara (2004).
Shah Rakh Khan is also a film producer. He produced films like Om Shanti Om (2007), Kaal (2005), Paheli (2005), Main Hoon Na (2004), Chalte Chalte (2003), Asoka (2001), Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani (2000).
